Mr. ASTLEY, jun. and his Company, are arrived from Dublin; at present they are amusing the Lancashire Belles and Beaus, at the Theatre Royal in Liverpool. The new building at Westminster Bridge will certainly open on Easter Monday, for which purpose the Company may be expected to arrive in London in a few days.
