THIS present Evening will be presented a New Prelude (founded on a late calamitous event) called
THE MANAGER IN AFFLICTION.
An entire New Pastoral Dance (composed by Mons. Mercerot) called The SHEPHERD’S HOMAGE to PAN; or, Rural Felicity.
(For the first time these three years) the Comic Musical Piece called The KING and the COBLER.
EQUESTRIAN EXERCISES, by Pupils of Mr. ASTLEY, jun.
The TUMBLERS’ MEDLEY, by the first Group in Europe.
The whole to conclude with an entire New, Grand Pantomime, called The FAIRY’s FANTASY; or, The Enchanted Manor.
With new Scenery, Machinery, Decorations, Dresses, Music, &c. interspersed with the greatest variety of mechanical changes, magical transitions, and wonderful metamorphoses.
Doors to be opened at half past five, and the curtain ascends at half past six o’clock. Boxes 4s. Pit 2s. Gallery 1s.

Mr. ASTLEY, senr. most respectfully informs the Nobility, Gentry, and others, that in the building his New Amphitheatre of Arts, his principal care was their general accommodation.—The ground plan entirely new in this country; that of its elevation perhaps as well considered as at any place of public Entertainment in Europe. The Scenic Department, as well as that of the Mechanism, is upon a new principle unknown (or at least never exhibited) in this country, as are many ingenious devices and works of art.
