A CARD.—Astley’s Amphitheatre of Arts, Westminster Bridge.—The first Subscription-night will be this present Monday, 4th May, 1795, for the Benefit of Mr. Astley, Sen. A magnificent display of entertainments, assisted by extensive scenic devices; also extraordinary machinery, on an entirely new and ingenious principle, will be presented this evening. Tickets to be had, and places taken of Mrs. Connell, Box keeper. Servants to attend to keep them at five o’clock. For further particulars, see the Advertisement in the front of this Paper.
