THIS and every Evening, until further notice, a variety of Entertainments, expressly prepared, and more extensive than any ever given in this Metropolis. A grand match of complete BROAD SWORD, the Veterans in Service against the Veterans out of Service.
The Officers of the Army returned from the Continent, &c. are most respectfully informed, that several very eminent Players, Professors and Teachers of this most useful Art, are engaged to play. The match to be decided by the majority of hits. To play in white uniforms, and with black varnished sticks, in order to ascertain the number of hits.

Preceding, fir the first time, a Trial by Skill, by Astley’s famous Pupils; and, for the first time, an entire New Dance, composed by Mons. Mercerot, called The Sportsman Tricked; Or, Killed or not Killed. Also, for the first time, a Comic Musical Piece, called the Tythe Sheaf; or, Village Plot; the Dresses, Scenery, Machinery, Decorations, &c. entirely new. The Peasant Hornpipe, and Flag Dance, on a single horse, by Mr. Taylor: Also, for the first time, an entire new comic Pastoral Dance, composed by Mr. West, who makes his first appearance, called CYMON and IPHIGENIA. An entire new splendid Spectacle, consisting of Music, Dancing, Pantomimic Action, Comic Singing, &c. called HYMEN’S BANQUET, expressly prepared in honour of
The ROYAL NUPTIALS. The Decorations, Dresses, Machinery, Mechanism, &c. have been immediately fancied and executed by Mr. ASTLEY, Sen.
The whole to conclude with an entire new Grand Pantomime, called
The FAIRY’S FANTASY; or, The ENCHANTED MANOR; with new Scenery, Machinery, Decorations, Dresses, Music, &c.
A Return of the number of Hits in the Grand Match of the complete Broad Sword, played last week, viz. from Monday the 11th, to Saturday the 16th instant, both days included.
