Two new Performers, of whom report speaks in the highest terms of praise, are about to make their first appearance on any stage at the Amphitheatre of Arts, Westminster Bridge. The abilities of these candidates for public favour are said to be of the very first-rate nature in their way; and, by those who have seen them rehearse, are set down as likely to afford more entertainment than has been witnessed for some time. It is generally supposed that their first appearance will be in the Poney [sic] Races, in the course of this or to-morrow evening; in which case, bets to a considerable amount will certainly be the consequence of their debut. We have not as yet been about to procure their names; but it is conjectured that Astley has brought them from the Mountains.
