THIS EVENING, May 3, 1796, and every Evening till further notice, will be presented the most splendid variety of novel Amusements every produced in one Evening, viz.

An entire new Historical Pantomime, in Two Parts, translated from the French, and as performed at the Theatre in Paris, called

THE AMERICAN HEROINE; or, the UNGRATEFUL SPANIARD.

Never performed, an entire new Burletta, called

THE WIDOW AND NO WIDOW; or, the FAITHFUL IRISHMAN.

Never performed, a new Operatical, Pantomimical Ballet, after the manner of the French, and as performed upwards of the 100 nights at the Opera House, Paris, called

THE WATCHFUL MOTHER DUPED.

With entire new scenery, dresses, music, decorations, &c.

For a few Evenings only, Mr. Astley has engaged the Two INDIAN CHIEFS, from the Catabaw Nation, in North America, dressed in real Indian habits, with their proper implements and decorations, who will perform a variety of exercises peculiar to the Natives of that country, particularly shewing the management of the Tomahawk, in War or Hunting, and some singular feats of dexterity with the Indian Bow and Arrow; together with specimens of the War-Dance, Song, &c. so often described by Travellers who have visited the Wilds of America.

And, never performed, a new Comic, Tragic Pantomime, called

HARLEQUIN’s ODDITIES;

Or, the DEVIL IN A BOTTLE,

With new scenery, machinery, magical deceptions, and pantomimical Devices.

Nothing under full price can be taken.

Doors to be opened at Half past Five, and the Curtain to rise at Half past Six.
