THIS EVENING, AUGUST 9, 1796, will be presented, third time this Season, a Comic Pantomime, called

HARLEQUIN’s WHIM; or, MIRTH and MAGIC.

2d time this Season, a Comic Pantomime Dance, called

THE VINEYARD REVELS.

2d time this Season, a Comic Musical Entertainment, called

CABY and DOLLY.

Thirty-five new Acts of Horsemanship, by Mr. ASTLEY’s and HANDY’s unequalled Horsemen.

A Trial of Skill by Twenty Horsemen, and two surprising Females.

The POLANDER’s Performances, with several Alterations and Additions by Miss MARIAN.

The DOUBLE PONEY RACES.

First Heat—Three of Mr. Astley’s Ponies will start, the winner will be drawn.

Second Ditto—Three of Mr. Handy’s Ponies will start, the winner will be drawn.

Third Ditto—the Four losing Ponies will start, the winner will be drawn.

Fourth and last Heat—the Three winning Ponies will start for the GRAND SWEEPSTAKES.

HORSEMANSHIP BURLESQUED; or, The Taylor’s Disaster, by Mr. Handy’s Pupils, Horses, &c. together with the surprising little LEARNED PONEY, only Thirty Inches high.

The whole to conclude with (never performed at this Theatre) an Heroic, Comic, and Serious Pantomimic Spectacle, with new Dresses, Scenery, Machinery, Decorations, Music, &c. (got up under the direction and inspection of Mons. Polmaison) called

THE FOUR BROTHERS.

Boxes 4s. Second Price 2s.—Pit 2s. Second Price 1s.—Gallery 1s. Second Price 6d.—Second Price to commence at half past Eight o’clock, as usual.

Doors to be opened at half past Five, and to begin at half past Six precisely.

Places for the Boxes to be taken of Mrs. Connell, at the Theatre, between the hours of Eleven and Three.

Servants to keep them are requested to be at the Amphitheatre precisely at Half past Four.

The Frequenters of the Theatre, Westminster Bridge, may depend on a Change of Amusements every Monday, Mr. Astley having made preparations expressly for that purpose.
