Long as ASTLEY has been in the service of the public, and great as are his talents and invention and execution, he never gave us an entertainment so replete with novelty and amusement as that now before the town. A Dance and Pantomime, both entirely new, full of information, fun, and humour, made their first appearance last night at Westminster Bridge, the former under the title of Warm Weather, and the latter under the title of the Egyptian Oracle, or Harlequin Criminal.—Mercerot, the Ballet Master, is peculiarly happy in his subjects, and wonderfully great as a principal dancer, very little inferior to his countryman the great Vestris. With respect to the Pantomime, we never saw any thing so beautiful, grand, and costly. Upon the whole, the change of entertainments is such a change for the better, that the fullest houses may be expected every night this week.
