SECOND GENERAL SUBSCRIPTION NIGHT.
The TWO FLYING SERPENTS, for this Night only, in Blue and Gold Scales.

[three star symbol] It is with infinite pleasure Mr. ASTLEY does himself the honour to announce to those Ladies and Gentlemen who have taken places for the General Subscription Night, that he has succeeded in his application to the Inventor of the two Flying Serpents to exhibit them once more prior to his departure for the Continent. They will be given This Evening only (the Male in Blue Scales, and the Female in Gold Scales), at the conclusion of a Grand Variety of Entertainments, purposefully arranged for the occasion.
THIS present Evening will be presented the following Amusements, viz. 1. Burletta, with Dancing, called THE OLD TRUNK. 2. Comic Ballet of THE IRISH FAIR. 3. INFANT ROSSIGNOL. 4. Grand War Spectacle of THE FOUR BROTHERS. 5. LADDER DANCING. 6. Divertisement of MAY-DAY AT BRUXELLES. 7. EQUESTRIAN EXERCISES, Trial of Skill, Tourbillions, &c. 8. Grand Pantomime of THE EGYPTIAN ORACLE; or, Harlequin Criminal. And the Two FLYING SERPENTS, in Blue and Gold Scales.
N.B. The above will most assuredly be performed This Night only.
To-morrow and every following Evening, various new Entertainments, as will be exhibited in future advertisements.
