The new entertainments at ASTLEY’s, last night, received the most universal and reiterated plaudits; but not more then they merited. Such approbation from a most brilliant audience could not fail exhilarating the Manager’s spirits to the highest itch; and let him but persevere in this plan, he may depend upon seeing the Westminster-bridge Theatre filled every night. The new performances were re-announced a second time for this evening.
