The Amphitheatre of Arts, Westminster-bridge, being thoroughly complete, and the entertainments regular, with good scenes attached to each, certainly has a just claim to public patronage. The elegance of the decorations is another inducement, and, with regard to the performers, they cannot be better. The grand procession in the new Naval Spectacle, called the Heroes of the Seas, for splendor of dress, stage effect, &c. beggars all description.
