First appearance of Miss Simonet, the only Female Equestrian in Europe; and, from the great applause given to the wonderful Performances of the Flemish Hercules, who is re-engaged for six nights more, when most assuredly he will quit London, to fulfil his Engagements at the Provincial Theatres.

THIS EVENING will be displayed the greatest VARIETY of ENTERTAINMENTS ever produced in one Evening, particularly (for this Night only). Mr. Smith will go through his surprising Performances on the SLACK ROPE. He will stand on the Rope, and turn round like the Fly of a Jack, that the quickest eye cannot distinguish his head from his heels. He will also draw himself up by his Teeth Fifteen Feet high.—By particular Desire of several Military Officers, the last new Grand Spectacle of Action, founded on the late brilliant Occurrences in India, called the SIEGE and STORMING of SERINGAPATAM, or the DEATH of TIPPOO SAIB.—Various EQUESTRIAN EXERCISES, on one and two Horses, by the celebrated Female Equestrian, Miss Simonet, being her first appearance.—By desire (for this Night only) the Performances of the Wonderful LEARNED PONIES, and the Surprising MANEGED HORSE, whose superior Sagacity gives them the pre-eminence over any Horses in this kingdom. In the course of the Evening, the Grandest DISPLAY of HORSEMANSHIP ever exhibited in Europe, by Twenty Performers; including Mess. Crossman, Handy, and Smith; particularly, for this night only, Mr. Smith will go through the following Performances:-- He will Leap over TWO GARTERS, going once around the Circle. Also his Wonderful Tricks with four Oranges, three Forks, Handkerchiefs, Ropes, Hats, &c. &c. Also THE GRAND TRAMPOLINE; and (for this night only) he will LEAP OVER SIX HORSES; also over TWENTY SOLDIERS, with Shouldered Firelocks and Fixed Bayonets.—By particular desire, Mr. Johannot will sing the celebrated Song, written by C. Dibdin, jun. called ABRAHAM NEWLAND, or the VIRTUS of BANK-NOTES.—After which, the Wonderful FLEMISH HERCULES, whose extraordinary Feats of Strength are beyond credibility.—The whole to conclude with (for a few Evenings longer) a Serio-Comic Pantomime, by Mr. Astley, jun. called THE DEMON’s TRIBUNAL; or, HARLEQUIN’s ENTERPRIZES [sic].
