The golden harvest reaped this summer by the Manager of the Royal Amphitheatre, Westminster Bridge, seems to have operated on his endeavours to deserve a continuance of public patronage in a more than usual degree, such a Pantomime being said to be getting up at this place, that, for magnificence and splendour, has seldom been equalled. The beautiful Spectacle of The Inquisition, or the Maid of Portugal, with the charming Pantomime of Quixote and Sancho, must, however, be withdrawn after this and the following week.
