A new system of Equestrian Education, by Mr. ASTLEY, sen. will be published in a few days. One of his numerous discoveries, with an ample definition, is that of training costs and ungovernable horses, and familiarising them to whatever might alarm their fright or hearing. This may be considered of great public, perhaps national utility. The author has special authority in support of his system, viz. Marquis CORNWALLIS, Earl PEMBROKE, Lord HEATHFIELD, General AINSLIE, General FLOYD, General Sir RALPH ABERCROMBY, Sir SYDNEY MEADOWS, Lord Chancellor CLARENDON, the Masters of Arts of the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge, with a distinguished catalogue of the Nobility, Generals in the British and foreign Armies, Mess. of Science, &c. &c.
