One of the finest and most interesting subjects for an Artist to touch on, as a national event, is the very admirable and affecting groupe [sic] of Heroes in the new grand Military and Naval Spectacle, now performing at the Royal Amphitheatre, Westminster Bridge, where the great and illustrious Abercromby is pourtrayed [sic] in the last struggle with his only conqueror, Death, surrounded by his brave soldiers.—Puss in Boots, with the beautiful View of Paris, continue their attraction undiminished, and, with Ireland’s wonderful feats, must croud [sic] the House both this night and Monday, when young Astley gives a Boat to be rowed for from Westminster Bridge.
