Mr. ASTLEY, Jun.’s NIGHT.

THIS EVENING will be presented, for this Night only, a new grand Caledonian Spectacle Romance in two parts, called The IRON TOWER, written and got up by Mr. Astley, jun. Principal Characters—Douglas, Mr. Laurent; Egbert, his Page, Mrs. Weldon; Carrol, Mr. Smith; Eugene, Mr. I. Sutton; Baldo, the Robber, Mr. Fox; Osmond, a Recluse, Mr. Lasselles, sen.; Spirit of Dunbar, Mr. Mercerot; Donald, MR. Whitmore; Kennard and Glancolm, his Attendant Squires, Messrs. Gomery and Taylor; Sandy, Miss Gray; Gabriel, Mr. Johannot; Alicia, Mrs. Wallack; Doreas, Mrs. Wewitzer; Perey, Mr. Astley, jun.; and Julia, Mrs. Astley; Bards, Porter, Rustics, Banditti, Soldiers, &c. &c. An entirely new grand Ballet Spectacle, with new Music, Scenery, Dresses, and Decorations (produced under the Direction of Mr. Mercerot), called The BRASHAW, or EASTERN FETE. Exhibiting the Manners, Costume, &c. of the East, particularly Panorama Views of Constantinople, also the British and Turkish Camps in Upper Egypt, a General View of Cairo, its Surrender to General Hutchinson, the Captain Pacha, and the Grand Vizier. With an appropriate Fete, as given by the Grand Seignior, in the Gardens of the Seraglio. In the course of the Evening, various Feats of Capital HORSEMANSHIP. Also Mr. Ireland, the original Flying Phenomenon will go through his surprising Leaps. Preceding the above will be performed, with new Scenery, Machinery, Dresses, &c. a comic Pantomime, invented and written by Mr. Astley, jun. called QUIXOTE and SANCHO, or, HARLEQUIN WARRIOR. In the course of the Pantomime will be introduced, a Sham Fight by two Squadrons of Horse, mounted by Warriors clad in Gold and Silver Armour, who will also go through various Evolutions of Ancient warfare.
