THIS present MONDAY, April 19, and during the Holiday Week, will be presented the following Entertainments. By way of Prelude, at half past six o’clock precisely, Monsieur St. Clair will have the honour, for half an hour, to exhibit his curious PHANTASMAGORIA, or Supernatural Appearances, as originally performed at Paris. After which, an entirely new Divertisement, composed by Monsieur Mercerot, called LE BOUQUET. Principal Dancers, Monsieur and Madame Mercerot, and Miss Johannot. After which will be performed, for the 30th time, the Grand Historical Spectacle of FAIR ROSAMOND; or, Woodstock Bower. Principal Characters, Mr. Gomery, Mr. Fox, Mr. Mercerot, Miss Harrison, and Mrs. Astley. In the course of the Evening, a grand variety of Horsemanship, by Messrs. Harris, H. Bryson, J. Bryson, Link, Collet, Miller, Taylor, and Mr. West, the Little Devil. The whole to conclude with a Grand Serio-Comic Equestrian and Pedestrian Pantomime, called The SEVEN CHAMPIONS; or, Harlequin St. George. In the course of the Pantomime will be displayed 24 entire New Scenes, of which the following are the most striking: The Witch Calyb’s Cave, with its transformation into, first, a Brazen Castle; and, secondly, into the Champion’s Cell. The Enchanted Wood; particularly the Combat between St. George and the Dragon. To conclude with a magnificent Temple of Peace. The whole invented and produced by Mr. Astley, jun.
