to go to Piedmont for his health.
& proceeded leisurely to Frankfurt in

of the death of his wife & he left
At all harms to returnd [returned] to Eng [England] &
embarked on board a Boat on the [main(?)]
& took the first oppy [opportunity] of proceedg [proceeding] towards
the Rhine & ere long found himself
in the Prussian territory of Westphalia
& [...(2 words)] the northern country till
he reached [...] the place of his
Embarkation here he had the sad
News of the destruction of his theatre
in a few days he went on board a
vessele [vessel] with Hon [Honourable] Mr Paget & landed
after a hideous voyage last monday
being 5 weeks since he left Paris
