AT the ROYAL GROVE, and ASTLEY’s AMPHITHEATRE, Westminster-Bridge, this present Thursday, October 12, A grand display of chosen entertainments, viz. a favourite new and most splendid musical Spectacle, rural, pastoral, farcical, whimsical, equatick, rustick, operatical, picturesque, and pantomimical, called

LOVE from the HEART,

A TRIAL of SKILL for a WIFE;

With a beautiful representation of a Regatta, or Naval Combat.

An new comic dance, called

The GERMAN PEASANTS.

Or, The Sportsmen Triumphant.

YOUNG ASTLEY’s EXERCISES,

The astonishing LEAP over the GARTER.

Mr. LOUIS PORTE, the famous and only Hercule du Roy from adler’s Wells, will carry a table of 300lb. which will be placed from twenty to twenty-five persons.

A humorous Burletta, called,

THE TWO NANNYS.

TUMBLING and other EXERCISES.

For this night only, Mr. Johannot will sing the very humorous song of “The Taylor done over,” which has met with such universal applause. Also “Four and Twenty Fiddlers all on a Row.

The grand Minuet on two horses, by Messrs. Astley, father and son.

The surprising MUSICAL CHILD

Will play several favourite Airs on the Piano Forte.
