THIS present Monday, September 8, will be presented, 1st time this season, a Comic Ballet of Action, called CUNNING against ART; or, Love in Scotland. Principal Characters—Messrs. Dubois, Thorpe, and Mercerot; Mrs. And Miss Mercerot. In the course of the Ballet, a new Strathspey, by Mr. and the three Miss Girouxs.—Mr. Link will go through his wonderful Exercises on the Slack Rope. Immediately after which, at Seven o’Clock precisely, an entirely new Spectacle, called THE POLISH TYRANT; or, The Woman of Ten Thousand. Sobeiska (the Woman of Ten Thousand) Mrs. Astley.—In the course of the Evening, a Grand Variety of Horsemanship, by the Female Equestrian, and the Little Antipodean, and Messrs. Jeffries, Bryson, Link, Lawrence, Southby, and Taylor, the grand Troop of Battute Vaulters, will go through their extraordinary Performances.—By Desire, the whole to conclude with a new Comic Pantomime, called THE TALISMAN; or, Harlequin’s Oracle. Harlequin, Mr. Ridgeway; Columbine, Mrs. Pincott; and Clown, Mr. Laurent.
