Not a box, nay almost seat, was last night ot be obtained at the Royal Amphitheatre, at an early hour in the evening—such is the great and hourly rising popularity of the grand Spectacle of the “Freebooters of the Desert,” now performing at the fashionable and attractive place. Long as we have been accustomed to behold the most beautiful Scenery and wonderful Combats at this House, the “Arab of the Desert” displays a routine of wonder, in an attack by both horse and foot, surpassing all that has been seen before.
