The Royal Amphitheatre, Westminster Bridge, from the nature, variety, and sterling excellence attached to its several performances, may at this time be said to hold its high towering fame in as proud and praise-worthy a degree as ever. The merits and attraction of such pieces as The Spectacle of the Arab, The harlequinade of the Midnight Bell, and The Siege of Flushing, render the pleasure they create indelible! But even these must give way in a few days to other novelties.
