THIS EVENING (24th time), an Eastern Equestrian and Pedestrian Spectacle, written by Mr. Astley, jun. called THE ARAB; or the Freebooters of the Desart [sic], with a general attack on real horses. Horsemanship by the Double Company, with the Eccentricities of the Hunted Tailor. To conclude with (5th time) a new Comic Pantomime, invented and produced by Mr. Laurent, with extensive scenery, machinery, decorations, mechanical changes and metamorphoses, founded partly on the story of Pygmalion, called THE CLOWN’s FIRESIDE; or A Tour through France, exhibiting 14 new scenes, particularly the fortifications of Valenciennes, public garden at Paris, Trevoli illuminated, and the Camp at Boulange, terminating with a Grand Cloud Palace. De Bijourie afterwards Harlequin, Mr. Bologna, jun. Clown, Mr. Laurent; Columbine, Mrs. Melville (late Miss Taylor), her 6th appearance.
