ROYAL AMPHITHEATRE, (Astley’s) Westminster-bridge, under the Patronage of their Royal Highnesses the Prince Regent and Duke of York.—This present SATURDAY the 1st, and MONDAY the 3d April, and Five following EVENINGS, HORSEMANSHIP by Twelve celebrated Equestrians. An entirely new, splendid, Serio Comic, Equestrian Pantomime, with extensive new platforms, and nouvelle preparations, called the LIFE, DEATH, and RESTORATION of the HIGH METTLED RACER; or, Harlequin on Horseback! Founded on a most deservedly celebrated ballad, in which the interesting stages in the life of that truly valuable animal, the Horse, were with so much feeling and properity pourtrayed [sic] by the lamented and unequalled British Lyric, Mr. C. Dibdin, sen. In the course of 21 interesting scenes will be introduced, a Real Horse, Race, and Real Fox Chace [sic]. The Pantomime, written by Mr. T. Dibdin, and produced under the direction of Mr. Daivs. A Comic Song called JACKY HAWBUCK’S TRIP to TOWN, by Mr. Jones. To conclude with a New Scotch Melo Drama called, SIGISMORN and the DANISH CHIEFTAIN. Second Price Half-past Eight.
