THIS EVENING (Monday,) Sept. 24, will be performed, (first time,) a new Melo-drama, called LOCHINVAR; or, The Bridal of Netherby. James the Sixth of Scotland, Mr. Gomersal; Lord Netherby, Mr. Gann; Earl of Musgrave, Mr. W. West; Sir Heron of Netherby, Mr. S. Foster; Lochinvar, Mr. Cartlitch; Lord Chamberlain, Mr. S. Smith; Cromic, Mr. Conquest; Lady Netherby, Mrs. Danson; and Fair Helen of Netherby, Mrs. Pope. Lochinvar will succeed by a GRAND EQUESTRIAN FETE! introducing the splendid Gymnastic Scenes of the Arena. The Entertainments in the Circle will commence with, (for the first time,) an entirely new Grand Spectacle Scena ]sic], called, THE WILD ZEBRA HUNT! Hatman Danfodio, Mr. Ducrow; Adumissa, Madame Ducrow. The Zebra Hunt will by [sic] followed by LE PETIT JEAN GINNETTE, as the Fairy King and Lilliputian Grenadier. An Equestrian Interlude, on a full grown Steed. Herr Philippe, the celebrated German Rider, will introduce his peculiar Feats of Horsemanship. The Actors of Lilliput on their Fairy Steeds, will perform the Military Anecdote of the Emperor and Roguish Drummer!—To be followed by the TYROLEAN SHEPHERD and SWISS MILKMAID. A Pantomimic Hippodramatic Act, performed on two Horses, by Mr. Ducrow and Miss Woolford. Mr. Adams will then appear as the Courier of St. Petersburg, on his four bare-backed Steeds. The Equestrian Exercises will conclude with, THE CORREO; or Spanish Bull-fight. Leon, (the Champion) Mr. Ducrow; Gracioso, Mr. J. Ducrow. To conclude with, THE SECRET MINE! In which the whole of the Treble Company will appear.
