Astley’s.—Van Amburgh and his Lions, after an absence of five years from England, have again made their appearance, and in a very well written piece called Morok the Beast Tamer. The same wonderful command of eye and nerve distinguish Mr. Van Amburgh, and the same docility and obedience are remarkable in the animals. Indeed, some of the tricks are marvellous, and must be seen: they cannot be described.
