Novel arrangements for the Holidays. Mr. W. Cooke has the honour of announcing that a Grand Juvenile Equestrian Morning Performance will take place on Whit-Tuesday, May 17th, 1853, commencing at Two o’clock, when a brilliant series of the SCENES IN THE CIRCLE will be performed and (first time) the Fairy Tale of CINDERELLA, by Thirty Infant Artistes. By permission of the Commandant, Colonel Clark, R.H., and by special invitation of Mr. W. Cooke, the Boys of the Duke of York’s School, with their Band will attend.

On Whit-Monday, May 16th, 1853, and during the week, will be produced an entirely New Hippo Drama, in Two Acts, with new Scenery, Costumes, and Appointments, written expressly for this Theatre by Mr. W. E. Suter, illustrating a Sporting Man’s Career, and entitled THE CHASE; or, Life on the Turf, in which will be represented a Fox Chase, with Real Fox and Hounds, the Race Steeple chase, &c., &c. To be followed by a most unprecedented display of Equestrian Achievements in the ARENA, introducing the accomplished artistes of the establishment and Mr. Cooke’s highly trained horses and ponies. In consequence of the unusual brilliant ARENA PERFORMANCES they will terminate the evening’s entertainments. Box-office open from Eleven till Four. Stage Manager, Mr. W. West.
