THE Surrey Magistrates having summoned Mr. ASTLEY to answer as to the Legality of his Performance, he thinks it his Duty to inform the Public, that he cannot perform till the Matter now in Dispute is finally determined; of which further Notice will be given in this Paper; when he hopes to have the Honour of the Public’s Encouragement to his several Feats of Horsemanship as usual.
