Mr. ASTLLEY, sen. of Westminster-bridge, has applied to Mr. HARRIS for the dormant Patent; should it fall into that gentleman’s hands, much entertainment may be expected. ASTLEY is the oldest public director in London; and if he cannot obtain that Patent, Government may place him, notwithstanding, upon the Theatrical throne.
