YOUNG ASTLEY opened his Theatre (newly fitted up) last night, with an Entertainment which reflects the highest praise on him, both as a man and a Manager. In the capacity of the former, for having brought out a piece calculated to instruct the giddy youth in the grandest principles of morality; and in that of the latter, for having produced a Performance, got up, perhaps, with more labour and at a greater expense than any preceding one at this or any other house of the kind. To enumerate the excellencies of the whole would far exceed our present limits; and to declare whether the Panorama of the armies, the Dances, or Pantomime had the superiority, is a task to which our recollection is not at present competent.
