THE LAST TWO NIGHTS.

This Day, Monday, the 16th, and Tuesday, the 17th; on which day the Theatre will close for the season.

AMPHITHEATRE OF ARTS, (ASTLEY’s) WESTMINSTER-BRIDGE.

THIS present MONDAY, the 16th, and TO-MORROW, TUESDAY, the 17th of October, will be presented.

I. A new Whimsical Pantomime, called HARLEQUIN’s WHIM.

2. Feats of Strength, Agility, and various uncommon Exercises by the Grand Troop of Tumblers, Ladder Dancer, &c. &c.

3. An entire new Musical Piece, called the COMET, in which will be introduced various Comic Songs, analogous to the Piece.

4. A new Dance, called the SAVOYARDS.

5. Various Performances by the wonderful CABINET of MONKIES, being most assuredly the only time of their ever appearing in England, the Proprietor embarking for Hamburgh immediately.

6. Pleasing and Singular Equestrian exercises. Also a compleat [sic] Match with the Broad Sword, by veterans in service.

7. The whole to conclude with a new Pantomime, with splendid Scenery and Machinery, Metamorphoses, Comic Situations, &c. &c. called

WHAT WE ARE, NOT WHAT WE WERE.

In which will be pourtrayed [sic] various adventures, and extraordinary occurrences.

To begin each Evening at half past Six precisely.

Half price at Half past Eight.

Mr. Astley, grateful for past favours, most respectfully takes leave of the numerous visitors of the Theatre, Westminster Bridge; and begs to assure them, that he will continue his exertions the ensuing season, keeping an eye to the same propriety and frequent change of Performances, which have been so much approved by the Nobility, Gentry, and Others.
