SUMMER THEATRES.

ASTLEY’s was full of elegant company before the entertainments commenced. The spirited Manager of this elegant place of summer amusement produced a variety of excellent pieces, to please the palate of honest John Bull, among which is a new comic Pantomime called the Silver Stars, exhibiting a brilliant display of scenery and decorations. Several new songs, written by Mr. UPTON, were received with great applause. The whole of the performances, with the promise of Mrs. WYBROW, will, no doubt, repay Mr. ASTLEY, jun. for the great expense he has evidently been at to cater for the public.
