This Evening a New Musical Piece, called
The PRINCE CHIMNEY SWEEPER,
And the CHIMNEY SWEEPER PRINCE.
The Music, Dresses, Decorations, &c. entirely new.
Mr. Astley finding the Musical Child has given general satisfaction, has renewed his engagement.
This amazing phenomenon is only 30 Months old, has the judgement of the most professed Theorist in Music, and is allowed by all ranks of persons, to be the most astonishing natural production that ever made its appearance in the known world. This Infant is to perform in the centre of the School, on the Forte Piano, several known airs, &c.
A Pantomime, called
HARLEQUIN’s REVENGE, and HAPPY MARRIAGE,
With a spendid[sic] display of Machinery.
ROPE DANCING, by very eminent Performers.
The droll musical Piece called the NINE TAYLORS at a FOX HUNT, on Masquerade Horses.
The Exhibition of original DANCING DOGS,
And vigorous English BULL DOG.
A Group of Capital TUMBLERS.
The astonishing MONKEY, GENERAL JACKOO.
Two new Pantomimical Ballets, called
The MERRY NEGROES, and WHY NOT?
Between the Parts, various Feats of
MANLY HORSEMANSHIP,
With the Exercises of the celebrated CLOWN, the Minuet by Two Horses, and NANCY DAWSON.
The Whole to conclude with
A most beautiful FIREWORK,
N.B. in rehearsal, and speedily will be presented an entire new Piece, called the Siege of Porto-Bello, being a representation of a very heavy discharge of Shells, Red-Hot Balls, and Grape Shot; together with Fireships, and a general cannonading from the Fort against the Ships, the whole to be displayed in Allegorical Fireworks, forming the most brilliant sight ever exhibited in this kingdom.
