GRAND REGATTA.—A SCULLER’s WAGER.

Astley’s Twenty-second Annual Wherry, given in Honour of his Majesty’s Birth Day, will be Rowed for in Two Heats, This Evening by Six Watermen, who have not won any of Mr. Astley’s Prize Wherries.

J. Hunt, Pepper-alley, Blue.                E. Hamilton, Summer’s Key, Purple.

J. Thomas, Vauxhall, Scarlet.              J. Palmer, Horselydown, Green.

J. Arther, Manbeth, Yellow.               J. Lashbrook, Iron Gate, Pink.

To start at Four precisely; the first, second, and third Beats of the above rowing the distance the first heat, will start at Five o’clock for the Prize Wherry, each heat; with the tide, from Westminster Bridge; row round the Boat moored off Cumberland Gardens; return on the Surrey side; row round the Beacon facing Hungerford; and return through the Centre Arch of Westminster Bridge.

The Winner will receive the Prize Wherry at Half past Six o’clock, at the Amphitheatre, accompanied by a Grand Martial Band; after which, the Popular Spectacle of the BLOOD RED KNIGHT. Equestrian Exercises by the first Horsemen in Europe To conclude with the Comic Pantomime of HARLEQUIN’s JUDGEMENT.—Doors open at half past five, begin at half past six.—Half price half past eight.
