The popular Battle of Salamanca, also a new Harlequinade Pantomime, &c.

Under the Patronage of their Royal Highnesses the Prince Regent and Duke of York.

EVERY EVENING till further notice, will be presented (expressly prepared for the Stage), a Grand Military Spectacle, in Two Acts, called The BATTLE of SALAMANCA, the TOWN MAJOR, and the SPANISH HEROINE, founded on the glorious and complete Defeat of General Marmont and the whole French Army, by the heroic and gallant Field-Marshal and the Marquis of Wellington and the Allied Army. In the intervals of the Stage Entertainments, will be given a constant succession of Equestrian and other performances.—The whole to conclude with an entirely new Comic Pantomime, with extensive new Scenery, Machinery, Dresses, Decorations, Music, mechanical changes, &c. called The PERSIAN FESTIVAL, or HARLEQUIN EMPEROR.

Doors open at half-past six o’clock. Boxes 4s. Pit 2s. Gal. 1s. Second Price invariably commences at half-past eight.

[pointer-finger symbol] The Grand Russian Horse Stage Spectacle, called the Brave Cossack, is in active preparation, and will be brought forward as soon as the alternately performed with the glorious Battle of Salamanca, &c.
