The feats which Young Astley performs over the Garter, a correspondent remarks, is the most wonderful of any yet displayed by Equestrian Agility. It was observed by a wit, while he was flying the other evening in this manner, that he was astonished the ladies would permit him in public, this to get so high above the garter!
