THIS present Monday, June 11, 1792, and every Evening till further notice, will be presented a Grand Display of pleasing AMUSEMENTS, viz.

A Whimsical Burlesque Dance, composed by Mr. Holland,

Called THE SWEEPSTAKES.

In the above Dance, a RACE round the STAGE,

By Horses and Ponies.

A NEW SONG, by a Young Lady, (being her first Appearance on any Stage.)

HORSEMANSHIP,

And Exercises for the Light Dragoons, by Mr. CROSSMAN.

GROUND and LOFTY TUMBLING,

By a capital Group of Performers.

A Grand Entry of Horses, and Manoeuvres by the Horses, &c.

EQUESTRIAN EXERCISES,

By Mr. DAVIS, and the Little FLYING MERCURY,

particularly the Meramorphose of the SACK.

An entire new Comic Eastern Entertainment, interspersed with Music and Dancing, taken from those agreeable and entertaining Stories, The Arabian Nights, called

ABON HASSAN; or, The Sleeper Awake.

Wonderful EQUILIBRES on a SINGLE HORSE,

By the LITTLE DEVIL.

That whimsical Piece of Horsemanship Burlesqued, called

the TAYLOR to BRENTFORD, by Mr. DAVIS;

In which will be displayed wonderful Sagacity, in the Managed

HUNTER and ROAD HORSES.

The whole to conclude with an entire new splendid Operatical, Pantomimical Entertainment, called

The GOOD and BAD; or, Jupiter’s Vengeance.

The principal Characters as follow:

Mercury, Mr. Decastro; Philemon, Mr. Connell; Baucis, Mrs. Decastro; Damon, Mons. Mercerot; and Phillis, Miss Smith; Shepherds, Signor Marque and Mr. Holland; Shepherdesses, Miss Victoire and Eliza Cabanalls; Savage Chief, Mr. Whitmore; and Jupiter, Mr. Johannot. Savages, Lads and Lasses, &c. &c. by the rest of the Company.

The Story of BAUCIS and PHILEMON, taken from the Heathen History, forms one of the most splendid, pleasing, affecting, amusing, and magnificent Entertainments, ever performed on any Stage.

The Inhabitants of Phrygia destroyed by a superb

PLUYE DE FEU;

And the Pantomime to conclude with a View of

JUPITER’s PALACE.

Doors to be opened at Half past Five, to begin at Half past Six o’clock precisely.

Places to be taken of Mrs. Connell, at the Saloon, from Ten till Four o’clock; and Servants to attend at Half past Five to keep them.
