The more than common applause with which the new French Company have been received at the Royal Amphitheatre, blend with the attractions of the most brilliant and crouded [sic] houses ever witnessed, has very properly had such weight with Mr. Astley, jun. as to re engage them for another month, and the reiterated plaudits with which both the performers and the new spectacle of the Victims of Tyranny were last night received, warrants us in the belief that they will fill the house on the repetition of each performance.
